Support adding key/all-key-lost/ Mileage reset for BMW CAS1/CAS2/CAS3/CAS3+/CAS4/CAS4+ via OBD or in circuit programming (ICP) mode.

Need to work withACDP Host Module

If all keys are lost, the ECU ISN must be read and need to work with Module 3 +Bench interface board
